MADE TO ORDER items can be exchanged for different sizes or for store credit within 10 days of receiving your item, but returns for a full refund are not available for made to order items due to being an extremely small business and the cost of having the item(s) in your order made ethically and locally, which is much higher than fast fashion prices. Please take your time placing your order to ensure you will be happy with your purchase, but in the case that you aren't, I can issue you store credit or an exchange once the item is returned unworn.

Please note that the color of items may vary slightly due to a variety of reasons, such as monitor screens, computer settings, time of day, phone screens, etc. 

A great deal of time and effort is spent lighting, photographing, and editing product photos to match the color of the item as accurately as possible, however because of all the variabilities mentioned above, there may be slight differences from what you see on the screen versus what you see when you open your package indoors or outside in bright sunlight. 

Many Backbite items are hand-dyed so there may also be slight variations in color because of fabric dying processes. I do my absolute best to ensure every customer receives a beautiful, quality, accurately described product. Slight variations are part of what makes owning items from small businesses unique to each person and I've always personally enjoyed this aspect and hope you do too!
